Coming soon Changing Lives Together – The ReUse Warehouse Crewe

Posted on 28 May 2025

A new community initiative called Changing Lives Together will soon be opening in Crewe, offering valuable one-to-one support on a no-referral basis. The service will be available not only to residents of Crewe but also to those in the surrounding areas. It will be based at the former Post Office/WHS building in the precinct.

Changing Lives Together aims to provide a range of practical services and support to help improve the lives of local people. The initiative includes:

  • ReUse Furniture and Appliances: Providing affordable, good-quality second-hand furniture and appliances.

  • New Furniture and Appliances: Offering brand-new items for those who need them.

  • ReUse Paint and Bric-a-Brac: Supplying sustainable and low-cost paint and miscellaneous household items.

  • ReUse Bicycles and Servicing: Selling and servicing bicycles to support greener travel.

  • Furniture Collections: Assisting with the collection of unwanted furniture for reuse.

  • Community Grocery: Offering access to affordable groceries for those who need support.

  • Buddy and Befriending Services: Helping to reduce social isolation through companionship.

  • Support Schemes: Providing tailored assistance to meet individual needs.

This new service promises to be a valuable resource for the Crewe community, combining practical help, social support, and environmentally friendly initiatives.
