Upcoming meeting with Cheshire Police & Crime Commissioner – What matters to you?

Posted on 13 May 2025

Over the Easter break, I had the opportunity to meet with Crewe Policing Inspector Jones for a walkabout in St Barnabas. We spent time visiting different parts of our ward, listening to residents and discussing the key issues that affect day-to-day life in our community.

It was a productive and positive conversation – thank you to everyone who stopped to speak with us. We covered a wide range of topics, including anti-social behaviour, speeding vehicles, nuisance e-bikes, and more. These conversations are vital in helping shape the priorities for local policing, ensuring that the focus remains on what matters most to our residents.

Looking ahead, I’ll be meeting with Cheshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner next month to continue these discussions at a strategic level. This will be an opportunity to raise local concerns and highlight the specific issues facing St Barnabas and Crewe more widely.

Have Your Say

Ahead of this meeting, I want to hear from you.

What issues around policing and community safety are most important to you?
Are there concerns you’d like me to raise with the Police and Crime Commissioner?

Whether it’s about crime prevention, visibility of local policing, or any safety-related matters affecting you or your neighbourhood — now is the time to speak up.

Please share your views. Your feedback will help ensure that our community’s voice is clearly heard at every level.

Together, we can help build a safer, stronger community for everyone.

If yes, please include your email, phone or address above
