This week, I had the pleasure of visiting the Start Well team at Wishing Well Family Hub on Chester Bridge. It was wonderful to catch up with the team, make a small donation to their Christmas Toy Appeal, and see their Santa’s helpers busy in the workshop, preparing toys for the festive season. The energy and dedication of everyone at the hub was inspiring, and it’s clear how much care goes into supporting families across our community.
They hope to help hundreds of children in our community enjoy the warmth and joy of Christmas, offering a little extra support wherever it is needed. For many children, these small acts of kindness bring joy and hope at a time of year that can otherwise be difficult.
