Cheshire East Council has launched a new campaign to promote Live Well – an online directory of local services available to residents of Crewe, St Barnabas.
Live Well provides information on wide range of services, activities, and organisations in your local area, to help everyone find the support they need to live happy, healthy, and independent lives.
Live Well Cheshire East has more than 3,000 services available online, including information on:
- Your health matters
- Your community matters
- Care and support for adults
- Keeping your independence at home
- Your education and employment
- Money matters
- Care and support for children and young people
We want every resident in Crewe St Barnabas to live life to the full and can support this by providing easy to find tailored information and advice, as well as a whole range of practical support services.
