Crewe Krazy Races 2025 – Photos from the day

Posted on 28 May 2025

CREWE KRAZY RACES – A BRILLIANT DAY FOR OUR COMMUNITY!

Crewe Krazy Races brought the town alive with fun, energy and a wonderful sense of community spirit. Under glorious sunshine, thousands gathered to watch the action-packed soapbox races at Brooklands park off Badger Avenue – whether up close on the track or from the comfort of the big screen in the event village. The whole area was buzzing, with brilliant food, drink and entertainment keeping everyone smiling from start to finish.

It was a joy to chat with so many of our fantastic local support organisations throughout the day. Your dedication and ongoing work within the community never go unnoticed – thank you for all you do.

A special shout-out goes to the event’s charity partner, Newlife, for the incredible work they do supporting disabled and terminally ill children across the UK. Your impact is truly inspiring.

I’d also like to extend a huge thank you to all the amazing teams who entered the races. The effort, creativity and enthusiasm you put into building your soapbox carts – and raising money for charity – was nothing short of brilliant. You really brought the fun and showed the best of Crewe’s community spirit.

Finally, heartfelt thanks go to Crewe Town Council, the Krazy Races team, and all the sponsors – including AO – for making this event possible. Your hard work and support helped bring a memorable and joyous day to life. ❤️

Here are some photos from the day – we hope they bring back some brilliant memories!
